Tuna Aburi Nigiri in Tokyo Japan

Was introduced to this nigiri sushi when we were in Tsukiji Japan. Next to the fish markets. Forgot the name of the restaurant but there was a bill board up high on the corner advertising this place. The chef took a pair of tuna nigiris and lightly flamed the tops. Best sushi recipe I've ever had. Tsukiji has THE best sushi restaurants on the planet!
